CHECKERS on the go app not working!

My husband ordered some groceries from Checkers 60 and never received anything. When he phoned to find out why nothing arrived he was told that his phone is not compatible with the app! Please warn people of this problem instead of letting them wait for a non delivery. This was our first time and we will never use it again!
