Dirty Laundry

Kindly assist me with the below,

I took my laundry to Groblersdal Dry clean last week Thursday,27th June 2019 and collected it on Friday 28th June. Today morning,2nd July 2019 when I had to come to work I had to come with dirty work clothes. I was charged an amount which was on the scale but not all my clothes were not washed. I went to them this morning to show them that i have dirty clothes on, they told me there is nothing they can do.

Kindly assist as i paid them but didn't receive proper service.
