Greedy company , no help what’s so ever

Grobler Rutsch sent me an sms in Friday afternoon . Saying I owe them money R 2852.13 for Dr Nichola . I immediately called them so we can understand what that money was for I couldn’t get clarity on that . On Monday morning they called me back . I mentioned to them il call the dr to understand what the money was for because prior to my daughter going to theater the was a co payment that I had pay , if which I did so thought mybe there’s an error let me get clarity . I also said that we will check our bank statements to see if this is not the same amount they are claiming we owe them . The lady said that’s not gonna help . We are proceeding to blacklist . A minute after my conversation with her she sends another sms the price has increased from Friday afternoon to Monday morning its now R 3567.14 . So while trying to sort out all this everytime I call them she says the price will increase when we open the file . Surely is makes no sense . The pricing makes no sense . I’m obviously trying to sort out this mess but they not being helpful ,they are greedy individuals
