Disappointing Grobies Butchery Experience

I have been hunting from the age of 28. My wife and I hunt purely for personal consumption, we do not consume commercial meat, only venison. I was retrenched in '20 hence the winter of '21 I was able to hunt a single antelope. My request to Wayne was simple, the whole carcase cut into strips and ground into mince, the shins into stewing meat. I received bloks of meat approximately 1" thick in varying length, strips showld be cut like for stir-fry; apparently not at Grobies. The hind legs wete cur into leg-tjops and packed as stewing meat; hind legs make the best strips. The bones were not fully striped, this meat makes out part of the mince, hence wasted. Trust me, and be warned, Grobies don't give a damn for hunters and their carcasses; they are however very keen to charge you full carcass prep prices but don't care as it's not their own. In all my years of hunting this is the worst assistance I have received from a butcher. Grobies is surely not a #WIN butcher when it comes to working hunters carcasses.
