Grobcon guarantee
We have been ripped of by this company. My roof had a leak and I claimed from the insurance. They appointed Grobcon we repaired the leak. This was done in March 2020. Same problem occurred this yr at the same place they supposedly fixed. After the fact, I discovered that they only give a 4 month guarantee on workmanship. Absolute *******! Do not use this company- my insurance company won’t

01 Jul 2021, 20:14Dear Mr . Kindly please note that your insurance carry the warranty on your claim repairs. Your insurance must have given you a valid reason why they dont cover your second claim after a year. If your roof complaint was valid they would have requested us to go out and fix it. It seems like your complaint was not valid and therefore they did not request it to be fixed. Please contact your insurance to send you a report and the reason why they rejected your 2nd claim .
