Great service from Grobcon

I recently had a water leak from my geyser in the early hours of Saturday morning and Outsurance sent a plumber from Grobcon to investigate. I received a friendly call from the company rep, Mariana, who informed me that the plumber would arrive within the hour. The plumber arrived within 20 minutes of her call to me, which was awesome. He worked quickly and concluded the cause of the leak was a geyser burst and isolated the leak. I am very impressed with Grobcon's efficiency and professionalism in dealing with our case. The only 'complaint' is that the plumber did not relay to Outsurance all the information the next plumber would need when coming to install the new geyser - we needed a tray and and a new valve. I think providing as much information as you can for the next service provider would make the process a bit more efficient. Overall, great service from Grobcon, thank you!
