If ever you are looking to join an Insurance Company, look no further than OUTsurance – what a Company!

Our family home burnt down, due to an electrical fault, towards the end of last year (2017) and we were totally devastated. We lost everything that we had accumulated over the past 35 or so, years.

Early in January this year, I received a call from the OUTsurance Project Manager, Mr Varian van Reysen, who quickly allayed my fears and assured me that OUTsurance would be walking every step of the way, with us; until our home was fully re-built and restored. Words alone cannot express my sincere appreciation to Varian for his kindness and understanding and for treating me as a person-in-need and not just “another client.” Thank you Varian for your humaneness and assurance of the best possible service that is still being provided by the Contractor appointed to us, namely: Grobcon.

Wessel Grobbelaar met with us on the following Saturday morning and spent up to 3 hours going through every section of the house with a fine-tooth comb, never tiring from listening to us, as we lamented our loss.

Wessel, even though you deal with burnt homes daily, you treated us with such compassion. We will always remember your loving kindness shown and advice given in modernising our home. Thank you for your excellent and professional service that you are still providing to us.

It is simply a pleasure to work with your appointed Manager on this project, Mr I**** Janse van Rensburg, who goes the extra mile to ensure that we are not just satisfied, but rather elated at the completion of each phase of the job. I**** is so friendly and accommodating and meets our daily requests with such ease and professionalism. I****, your workmanship is of a very high standard and we are so proud of our “new” home that you are currently building for us. Thank you for everything!

To Tian Gerber the plumber, we say a huge “Thank you” too, for your eagerness to assist and willingness to please and meet our numerous requests. Nothing is too much for you to do for us! We truly appreciate ALL that you have done for us. Lastly, I would be doing OUTsurance an injustice, if I fail to mention the excellent team of hardworking men of GROBCON on-the-job, who are building, painting, plastering, chopping, grinding etc. on a daily basis, who meet us each time with hearty welcoming greets and pleasant smiles. These men execute their jobs with such precision, enthusiasm and pride. Thank you to each one of you!
