Bad workmanship and attitude!!!

My insurance appointed Grobcon and that was the beginning of endless frustration, After the work was done i phoned Marian at Grobcon to let her know regarding 2 or 3 problems. i was treated very badly. After that i tried to sort out with the assessors - once again no luck. I really find their workmanship appalling and their attitude even worse. It would have taken them an hour to fox these problems but instead they chose to be rude and refuse to do it.
