Poor Quality, Responsiveness, Value

I have paid Gro-ler Construction a 50% deposit to do my outside decking and balcony work. Their team started the job and then disappeared. Have been chasing them to come complete the work for over 1 month. Keep getting empty promises and no one turns up. To make things worse the little work that has been done is now falling apart. So not only do they not complete the work, but the workmanship is below standard.
