Uniform out of Stock ,no one knows when it will be in stock

I made a call in December 2020 making an inquiry about uniform that is out of stock, the lady told me that the uniform will be available in January because they open on the 4th of Jan 2021. The uniform is still out of stock I made another call because school is opening next week, as this is online only and I still have to factor in the shipping time because they do not allow you to collect your order. The call centre lady did not know when uniform will be in stock and she refused to give me the uniform managers' phone so that he explains this unacceptable service.
