GRIT-Bad service

I have received a disappointing service for an online order. My order was paid for and shipped via Dawn Wing couriers. The courier had my address incorrect, but still went ahead to deliver to an incorrect address, even though I had corrected it on their system. The parcel is claimed to be received and signed for, but the actual customer is sitting with no order. It is disasspointing that GRIT uses *************, *********** companies to fulfil deliveries.
