SASSA MONEY ******!!!

My sister-in-law was receiving grant money through Grindrod Bank in Louis Trichardt. The account was apparently de*****ed by one of the employees in the bank, acording to the manager, and the money would simply not reflect when it was due. The bank became aware of this; informed us that the employee had been put under suspension and the case is under investigation.

The problem now is there has been no continued communication from the bank. When we spoke to the manager he informed us that the amount is in the region of R9 600. It's the beginning the year and she's struggling very much getting her children back to school as well as basic necessities for them.

We would just like for the bank to compensate the money that has been taken from her urgently or at least give us a way practical way forward that will assure her and her kids that the situation is really under control
