Overcharging my poor sister

Guys these ppl are a **** hey they take our money... So back in march my sister Sinazo Maqosha borrowed R320 so they told she'll pay R120 starting from April til June so now she went there to ask if they still deducting from her sassa card & they said yes, apparently they were taking R50 monthly but I can tell u its a lie coz she has been getting R250 from April til July now she gets R360 coz they still deducting from her & I want them to fix this **** as I have all the papers including dat paper dat shows ppl how much dey qualify for & how much to pay in how many months.
