I sent enough documents regarding the payout of my late fathers sassa account and went to the magistrate to get a letter og authority as they requested but they still declined my request, the documents I submitted are enough proof for them to make a pay out and I dont really understand why they don't want to pay, I am not happy with the service at all, please help me
