ATM never dispensed my money

On Tuesday 07 November 2017 I used the Grindrod ATM at checkmart umzinto I requested the cash and the arm said cash being dispensed but nothing came out,to my luck the store manager/employees was there with me and witnessed this transaction.i there after called the call centre and spoke to Karen Jooste after being in que for 45mins on the phone carrying my 1year old son.they assured my funds will be reversed and I will recieve feedback and requested i email statements from there ATM which I did buy still have not received any feedback or my money Pathetic service and this is my child support money for my baby Grindrod please return my money as I use this for my baby and it's been three days and I left his stuff back in store as I could not pay for it I'm a honest person that has been ****** and my baby is suffering the consequence
