Grindr poor service

Pathetic service by Grindr. I emailed customer service and asked them to remove my profile picture. A guy named Chuck deleted my profile instead of the picture. He then informed me that the account cannot be recovered. Pathetic customer service consultants for an app that is fast losing popularity.
