DVD paid for in June but still not received

<p>Order for the DVD placed and paid for in 12 June 2016, we promised shipment will be done on 28 June 2016 but till today I still haven't received my dvd. Henzil the guy who is in charge keeps promising me that he will send my tracking number from Post net but nothing. This is totally unacceptable, how can one pay fir something but 5 months gone still d product has not been delivered. I hope Somizi is aware about this pathetic customer service his clients are experiencing. </p>
