Disgusted by horrible service

<p>I made an online order of a DVD-"grind with Somizi" on the 13/06 2016. As per their T&C, they were supposed to deliver within 7 days. That did not happen until I made a follow up on the 23/06/2016. Email stated that I will receieve a call to confirm delivery on the 27/06/2016. That still did not happen. Had a couple of emails exchanged between <strong>Henzil Stevens</strong> and I, until my DVD was eventually delivered on the 23/08/2016. DVD has scratches, the qualityof a DVD is so bad. Sent another email on the 24/08/2016, he rep**** on the same day that he'll gladly replace it. Till this very day, I have not received any email nor calls to at least advise on the progress. Administrators like these will then complain when we support internationals like Taebo, that we do not support local. It's bad sevice like these.</p>
