This company thinks I am their bank, they owe me

Last year September 2014, I was approached by charl, the manager of the new tar bitumen distribution depot here in Queenstown, he wanted to hire a forklift, thus I took a forklift to him, I assisted him in the off-loading of his machines and moving of his tanks with an additional machine as well. For various reasons I could not become a direct supplier to their company and thus another local business here in Queenstown became their supplier, I then submitted my invoices to this business and then they submitted their invoices to griniker to be able to obtain the order numbers. <br> <br> Eventually some time in December 2014, we received the payment for the month of October 2014, however no payment for November and December 2014, and no payment for January 2015 has yet been received, grinaker still owe this other small business here in Queenstown an order number for the last invoice which was for diesel to re-fill the fuel tank and to clean the tar from the machine.<br> When I saw that there was no payment for the months of November and December 2014, and no order numbers for January, I went straight to the depot and took my machine away. griniker were abusing my forklift.
