Unpleasant experience

I'm so unhappy with the unpleasant experience with Brackenfell optometrist, I bought a pair of spectacles last year from them and handed my other pair for repairs. They have misplaced it and have no solution to this matter. They keep telling me they will look and ask around. The manager is professional and polite to me, assisting in resolving the matter but there's no way forward.
