Horrible experience at Martin Grimbly

It is with great disappointment that I am writing into hello Peter. I really wish it would not come to this. I went to visit the practice on a Saturday, urgently needing new glasses as mine had broken.

Understanding that only one agent was available who was at the front desk, there was a bit of a waiting time as it was a bit busy.

Mary Anne ,the lady in charge of the glasses section arrived, adding assistance to see which glasses are best for me.

Not even asking me my opinion first(the other lady Erna was more understanding and helpful) It seemed as if she wanted to get the job done as soon as she could. I then received a quote and the practice promised that they will look into getting a better quote for me at a lower rate with the manufacturers.

I had not heard from them after a week. I called them the next Saturday to see if they had a quote for me.

They were too busy with customers to assist me on the call and failed to return my call after saying they would. It seemed the agents were avoiding to assist me for whatever reason. They never had a new quote for me.

I had to call back again .and still no assistance I decided to find a different optometrist to get my glasses.

This other company then needed me to speak to Martin Grimblys office to get my prescription.

So of course ,Mary Anne says that she gave me the prescription already and that I need to wait until she was done with a customer then she will send the prescription details via watsapp as the other optometrist needed this in writing.

I have still not received anything from them specifically Mary Anne who makes empty promises.

I bought by glasses from a different practice who was willing to help me all the way.

I enjoy visiting the practice only for the specialist himself
