Poorest service ever received

I ordered two double burgers and chips on Saturday, the 18th of June 2022, over the phone before the rugby match between Stormers and Blue Bulls started. I then drove all the way from Germiston to Boksburg to pick it up. As I arrived there, my order was ready and I just paid for it and left. When I got back home, the chips was not there. I immediately phoned them and the guy who helped me in the first place (his name is John), said I did not order chips in the first place and made me out to be the ****. I will never ever do business with them again and will not recommend them to anybody.
