Stay away from grillers port Elizabeth!!!!!!!!!

I received terrible customer service from Grillers Port Elizabeth based in Newton Park, the waitress there was very rude to my husband and I even after we greeted her with so much excitement and a smile on our faces and she ignored us. We ordered shakes and she brought a shake with a filthy lid that no ordinary person would drink from it, I told her to change it to another one which had a clean lid but she gave me attitude and milk instead of a fruit shake. The manager who was on duty on the 03/04/2018 in the evening was also as rude as the waitress. I hope they enjoyed the milk I left for them at the till after they threw the take away on my husband's lap... It doesn't even deserve the 1 star with their appalling behavior
