Grillers American Diner Cape Road, Worst Food

Couldn't find the correct business name in the listing but the name of the business is Grillers American Diner, 330 Cape Road, Port Elizabeth.

So I was referred by a company who did an installation on my vehicle that I should go and have breakfast at the above mentioned diner while waiting for the installation. Date Friday 13 March 2026.

So I took their advice. On arrival i met with a waitress who took me to a table. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and dagwood burger.

I received my milkshake minutes later but to my astonishment I received a strawberry milk drink with hardly any fluid iced with way tooooooo much strawberry syrup. Not long after receiving the so called strawberry milkshake I received my food a dagwood burger with chips and onion rings.

The bread (bun) was so old it literally fell apart, the patty was so dry, and that also fell apart, i received sauce ls to select from and I took I think a chilli sauce which was way to vinegary and squirted that over my chips and decided that I will let it cool down while eating the onion rings. The onion rings is precisely like Spur's onion rings and that was actually good. When I returned to the chips, the chips have sucked up all the sauce and it stayed dry. I had to swallow it with the milk drink and decided I cant go any further and that is where my meal ended.

Nee.man, skaam julle, You cant serve people food like that and expect them to be pay for it. Jirrrrr you will never see me again at your diner nor will I recommend anyone to go to your establishment. Sies on you. You have potential so put work into it.
