Don’t waste your money

This place does not make good food. Firstly, the burger is raw, secondly it has so many hard pieces that it is just unpleasant. Then, the chips which are half cooked have no flavour. This place was recommended to me by a friend but after this experience I will never visit another grill king again. Rather go spend your hard earned money elsewhere. (edit after company has rep**** to my review: so firstly, there was no discount as such. We actually paid more for a milkshake as they billed us for 2 gourmet milkshakes when in actual fact there was only 1 - so we actually overpaid. Secondly, there was no refusal to return the goods. We live far away from the sunward park branch: we actually drove there on a recommendation from a family member and when we got home we only ate the food. We did not want to inconvenience the people to drive out 30km one way just to come collect the food which is why we sent pictures of the food as well as the slip detailing our purchase. We spoke to the owner who was actually friendly and wanted to rectify this situation but then on my review says I should follow company procedure as there is no proof? We told them they are more than welcome to drive all the way out to us to come and "inspect" the food which was already in my dustbin. Perhaps you should get the facts correct next time before trying to make yourselves look good when in actual fact the fault lies with the company itself.This place will never see me again.
