Selling 2nd hand Lithium batteries as new

This company should be listed as *****s and do not deserve 1 star.

I bought a NEW lithium battery from them after confirming stock. When they delivered, I opened the packaging immediately and noticed scuff marks and dings on the casing. I contacted them immediately advising them of it and sent them (Mike) photos, but I was ignored.

When the battery was installed, it was found that the battery is flat and that it did not work properly. The included cables were also not the standard cables. I contacted them again and finally got to speak to Ernest (a manager), who then advised me that I must bring the battery back and they will fix it under warranty. The problem is not warranty related. They **********ly sold me a second hand battery, delivered it to me and my only recourse is to take it back to them myself for them to have a look at it and maybe get my money back after a week.
