<p>Kevin Griffin was hired by myself to rent out my property as well as do maintenance work and repairs. The workmanship on the repairs carried out were appaling to say the least costing me R30000.00 for lousy work. With regards to the rental of my property he failed miserably on this front to not sticking to promises made I eventually terminated his services. He had the tenants deposit in a 32 day notice account or so he says. When I requested this be paid over to me there was every excuse under the sun. The best was it was paid into his account but his debot orders took the money. After many times of asking for the money he agreed to par R500 a month this lasted for 5 months since December 2016 I have not had another payment. There is still R3800.00 outstanding excluding the interest he agreed to pay me. Do not ever deal with this man or his business.</p>
