Refusal of Refund

Terrible experience from Karlene. We started the puppy training program with her. We had a single class. She then cancelled the following 2 weeks. So now its already basically like starting from scratch. Then she tried to move classes from Saturday to Sunday. I decided to rather cut my losses and move to another puppy training school. She refuses to refund me the money for the program. Use this service at your own risk
