I used this family owned business to do some renovation at my residents. They really *****ed me over and over. Lots of promises of doing this and that. Paid him his 50% as requested by quotation. Paid him for the drawing up of plans via his architect. Mr Toring the MD sucked the full amount as per quote to complete the renovation. I ended up in court due to his because he commence work b4 plans being approved and having to pay a hefty fine because that's how he operate. The day I was summons was the last day he worked at my place. He was gone with all my money and I'm left with and incomplete reno and a complete redo of the plans due to a new architect coming on board. This dude is sly and once he has what he quoted for his gone because that's what I've discovered he does to a number if his previous clients. To date he has not have the decency to come and apologise or offer assistance to have my place completed. So Mr Colin Toring (MD) Grifcor Developers. Life goes on. I strongly suggest that if u want ur building work done this is not the company to do any work. Thanks
