Bad service from a pool construction contractor

Please be aware this guy is not a good contractor to do business with.

He took R5000 as a deposit on a pool job and never came to site, never did the job. Instead he sent another guy named Anton E who was supposed to be his partner.

They both messed us around for almost 2 weeks, using the rain as an excuse and then changed their stories about who had the money etc and demanding extra money.

Now both of them haven't done the job, we had 1 day if that of some piping done and nothing else, so we said we want our money back. After agreeing to pay, they messed us around again and flatout refused to pay us our money back even though they did little to no actual work, and said they deserve the R5000 because they worked for half a day doing some pipes.

These guys are absolute very poor contractors who are pretend to be a pool and construction company but take your money and do no work.
