Bad service, they recently came to install my wifi at my new residence

Bad service, they recently came to install my wifi at my new residence. On the same day as installation, I reported that my wifi was not working properly as it was so slow that I couldn't even do a speed test. 3 days past and I still had no response from them with a resolution. When I enquired again it was said that they will be coming to remove the equipment and that luckily they can decide who to have as clients. This is really bad service and arrogance, they are fast to demand fees but render no professional service😡
