Distasteful service

<p>We bought an XPS 10 synthesiser for R10 000 in December from Gribbon trading 95 BK t/a staccato and within that month our keyboard player had a challenge playing the instrument and we called them immediately in addressing the situation and asking them if cant they take it back and replace it with preferrably a Roland E09 which is what our player is fami**** with. They refused to do the exchange or even refund us and their reason is they cant accept the return without the stirofoam cushions. Mind you, we had the box, manual, the power-supply cable and the instrument in perfect condition. Nowhere in their return policy does it say we need to keep the stirrofoam cushions. I'm so displeased with this and I will never recommend them to anyone!</p>
