Bad after sales service and no relationship building

Great overall service dealing with property sale. Kept me informed every step of the way and their tracking system is user friendly and easy to use.

I was not happy with the after service when they had to refund some fees. They made payment without confirming bank accounts t details and when I sent bank confirmation letter via email I was told my emails could be hacked or I could be a con artist.

They change people after concluding the transaction and new people are difficult to work with. They shift goal posts and treat you like an outcast. They dont value relationship building, it's as though after service has been offered they wont do business with you again.
