Poor service

I arrived at around 12 towards 1pm for my child's immunization and was not attended.I went to the front desk which was empty with no staff member only to realise most of the staff members were sitting in the next room and having a chat whilst we were seeking help.Only one Auxillary nurse and an Indian lady seemed busy with patients.The patients kept on insisting that l sit down and wait for the nurses anf admin staff to return from lunch before attending to us.I went out for about an hour and came back at around 15:00 of which the trading hours state that they open at 07:30 to 16:30 and already they were closing.When l asked the security guard why are the gates and doors being closed,he responded that they are closed meaning they were not abiding by their trading hours.Very unprofessional
