Exceptional Customer Service

My car was involved in an accident mid July and my insurance told me to take it to Grey's Autobody Repairs which I did.The service was excellent, they kept updating me with the progress of the repairs and when my car would be ready.They even pointed out other damages that I didn't claim for and gave me a quote on those damages incase I want to have them fixed. They assured me that my car is in good hands and indeed it was really in good hands and I didn't have to worry about it cause they kept in touch with me while they were repairing it. Professionalizm at a high level. I got my car nice, neat and clean and 100% repaired. The service was was excellent.The lady who assisted me introduced herself as Angelique and what a great lady with great customer service skills. They even gave me a thank you letter when I collected my car.They gave me an experience of a life time and I'm happy.
