Zero Accountability and reliability

After booking a return journey for my daughter's from Potchefstroom to George on the 25 April 2023. The bus was supposed to leave from Potchefstroom at 17h15 , they received an sms at 17h30 saying the bus was delayed. On further investigation the bus will only arrive in Potchefstroom at 21h00 tonight. No communication from Greyhound whatsoever regarding arrival time etc. This is the poorest service we have ever received. In future we will never make use of your service again. This is exactly what are wrong with South Africa. Zero accountability and zero reliability.
