Your Porters are rude.

Before we even get into that the bus was several hours late from Bulawayo to Johannesburg and noone felt the need to notify customers of what was going on... I was horrifically grabbed and dragged by a Greyhound porter twice with so much force while he was asking to see my bag sticker. So much so that the rest of the customers were asking him if its necessary to touch me like that. Must he even be touching me at all or he could have just held my bag instead? I dont expect this from a luxury liner it is appalling to say the least. I could forgive the time issues but the porter incident? Please sort your staff out.
