YOU RUINED MY SON'S BIRTHDAY

What a way to ruin my son's birthday. We are meant to be in a CITILINER 9pm bus from Johannesburg to Durban with my son but no bus and with NO COMMUNICATION. We are still waiting as I type this. AS IF BEING LATE WASN'T ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH BUT I HAD TO DEAL WITH MY SON CRYING NONE STOP. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY SON'S BIRTHDAY. You don't even deserve the star.
