GHAWLJR On the 27 me and my dad booked a return ticket to durban and back to johannesburg we get to durban perfectly the nightmare starts after the durban trip in the morning of the durban trip me and my dad call the liner to enquire if we can get a bus that can leave earlier in durban rather than spending almost the whole idling we talk to a lady she specifically tells us that we can’t leave early or even get a refund the only thing that she can possibly give us is a voucher which we politely declined hours later when it’s time to leave durban we get there and we are told our tickets have been cancelled which we countlessly told them that that did not happen we were told the recordings of the conversation we had can only be investigated tomorrow and there’s nothing they can do at that moment and it’s 7:45 in a foreign city no family around we had to purchase additional tickets after initially spending R1.4 on tickets Please refund us
