Wrong stop

I am very disappointed in your service and very much angry right now. My son (18 year old ) and daughter ( 7 year old daughter ) are stuck in Potchefstroom. Bcoz the driver told them he will be taking a different route and their ticket says Potchefstroom while it states N12 Rochville .My sin is stuck in Potchefstroom current and if he must be fetched I must pay R500 .They have never been to Potch no Carletonville .Please someone get back to me. I need my son home as he needs to get another bus from Carltonville this afternoon back to Cape Town .Also should anything happen to my son you are liable .Tel 083****538 I called call centre and Confidence promised to come back to me and that was around 08:00 am nothing till now.I feel this driver was so wreck less and does not care at all .Let me know if Geyhound no longer live their values anymore. My son and daughter are sitting there in this heat and confused with no where to go.In this dangerous World we live.
