WORST TRIP EVER

I have a complaint against the bus drivers of Greyhound who drove from East London to Cape Town yesterday evening. My daughter complained about a passenger that was sitting in front of her who pulled his chair backwards to an extent that my daughter was uncomfortable. This started when they departed from East London. The drivers did not take the matter serious until the child couldn’t take it any more in Humansdorp. The passenger claimed he was eating that is why his chair was like that (he was probably eating a whole *** from KZN). What annoyed me the most was that he said that bus is a family business forgetting that I am a paying customer unlike him. He should’ve taken a flight seeing that he “has a lot of money “ from those busses. Reference TDZNXY39
