WORST TRIP EVER!!!!!!

I have been a loyal client for many years , I have experienced bad service but this trip will be my last. Sunday 17th December 6.20am departure midrand arrival Glencoe . I boarded the bus at ,7am but no I was not informed that they will.be. making a switch at park station bearing in mind I am a female with no help . We reached park station once again not informed about anything I jumped off the bus and took my luggage and just stood waiting for someone to inform us of where to go ,after 15mins a employee assisted but directed me to the wrong line , I walked around for 30mins asking everyone person I.could find and finally was directed to the right bus. I avoided park station as it is unsafe. Greyhound has dropped their standards drastically , their level of service is really bad and let's not forget how disorganized they are. I will never travel with a greyhound again. Ridiculous ticket fees and terrible service.
