Worst trip ever!!!!

<p>I boarded the bus from Glencoe to Durban,it was pouring yet the driver made us wait to put our luggage which caused my clothes to get soaked then to get on to the bus to find out the heater is not working!!!!! Frozen and that was not the end of it just yet....about 2 hours later the entire bus was stinking of the toilet!!!! We are paying a fee clearly there should be better ways to keep the bus neat and clean.I travel on the bus quite often and have always experience terrible service but this was the worst!!!!</p>
