Worst trip..

<p>The greyhound bus from Johannesburg to newcastle on 13/05/17 has got to be the worst to date.It's raining and cold outside..and it's freezing in the bus.why do we pay so much money for comfort yet we are subjected to such,upon asking the hostess why it's so cold we were told that the heater is on,they have not fixed it in Durban.my seat there is cold air coming out from God knows where..what utter ******* is this??I am so disappointed in greyhound for releasing a bus that is not in 100% condition.disgusted</p>
