Worst Treatment from Greyhound / Citiliner Coach Lines

We booked tickets for the dreamliner greyhound trip from Durban to Johannesburg for 10am Saturday the 5th 2022. We called Greyhound when the bus didn't arrive on schedule, and were told it was enroute and would be arriving in 20-30 min. We later received an sms informing us that the we would not be travelling in a Greyhound bus, but in a Eldo's Coach instead. After calling a couple more times to enquire about the arrival of the said Eldo's bus, (which we avoided using as we were unhappy with the service we have received from them in the past) one arrived 2 hrs later than our time of departure. The condition of this bus was terrible to say the least, it smelled of sewage, the covers on the floor came off as it picked up speed, which only happened on a downward road. It was clear it wasn't in a condition to make the trip, which happened before we got to Park station Johannesburg. We had to take a taxi in the middle of the night to get Park station. We have had no correspondence from Greyhound even though I spoke to their representative several times that day.
