Worst three months ever! Greyhound is the worst.

We booked 2x bus tickets for 25/08 that were cancelled a few days before the trip. We travelled to the outskirts and had to purchase new tickets from another bus liner at an added expense. Upon arrival, Mom submitted her request refund documents at the Greyhound offices and sent all supporting documents required. Three months later we have not received the refund nor an update. We have called the refund call centre numerous times and sent plenty of emails and not a single update or solid leads. Its frustrating and appalling to say the very least. I do not recommend Greyhound at all.
