Worst service from Greyhound

<p>Took the bus on the 6th June 2017, Durban to Midrand, left Durban 11 am and arrived in Midrand at 8:30 pm, I forgot my bag pack in the bus, I called the centre the same day and they told me to call the lost and found department was given 5 different numbers. Eventually I got through to the lost and found department I got this rude lady that was not helpful at all they told me there's nothing reported and she's not the bus driver. I WANT MY BELONGINGS ASAP ... SHOULD THINGS BE MISSING GREYHOUND BETTER PAY FOR IT!!!!!</p>
