WORST SERVICE EVER FROM GREYHOUND AND WON'T RECOMMEND.

Worst Service ever. We booked two sits from Durban to Midrand via Richards Bay route,

Firstly the bus came late Secondly, we got to our sits on the lower deck it smelt like paraffin in the coach. Thirdly, the drivers don't provide any information about the stops or how long they stopping for. We were told, not even requested that we have to leave the sits were are on and need to move to the upper deck, cause the boot space is full and they want our sits to put bags.

This is highly inappropriate and unacceptable, the air - cons are not working, there is no entertainment provided as shown on your website
