Worst service ever

The worst experience of my life!! I bought a ticket on the "Dreamliner" of Greyhound from Cape Town to Jhb. On arrival at the bus depot, no trolleys were allowed and as female I had to carry a 35kg bag two blocks far. No assistance offered. Inside the depot we were told that Greyhound is not allowed inside the depot so I had to carry my lugage another two blocks to get to the bus waiting in the street 2 blocks away. When approaching the bus the driver was shouting at us to hurry up. We were dumped in Bellville andĺ here we have been dumped waiting for the past hour... no communication from their office. And no answer when trying to contact them...A Citiliner arrived to pick us up. Small and dirty as hell!!
