Worst service ever at Greyhound bus

Greyhound bus have the worst service ever ;no customer care bus delayed to depart for more than 7 hours on the 5th of January 2019.The bus was suppose to leave Parkstation Johannesburg South Africa for Bulawayo Zimbabwe at 830pm on the 5th of January but only left on the 6th of January at 247am.The crew on the service desk seemed not sure on when the bus will depart as we first got an sms stating that it's delayed by 3hrs 45min around 9pm then a second sms around 1am saying we will receive an update which we never received. Some of the crew members on the desk were rude .Advise never board the Greyhound bus .
